Home inspectors are required to be a full member in good standing of a national, not-for-profit home inspection association accepted in at least 10 states. Home inspectors must maintain insurance against errors and omissions and general liability coverage. This protects the client if the home inspector makes a serious mistake. We carry more insurance than the law requires.

It is the oldest and most trusted organization in the home inspection industry. When you chose an ASHI inspector you are working with a true professional who has :
- Passed a national exam
- Completed at least 250 fee paid inspections.
- Twenty (20) continuing education credits are required yearly to maintain good standing and technical proficiency in the fast changing field of home inspections.
No other organization can match the credentials of a Certified ASHI inspector.

Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicator
To ensure a quality pest inspection (wood destroying insect inspection) including but not limited too termites, carpenter ants and powder post beetles. We are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. This also requires passing an initial state exam and acquiring yearly continuing education credits.
